The board

The Ludo board has four coloured corners — red, green, blue and yellow — and a cross-shaped track that leads to the centre. Each colour has its own starting square and a coloured path leading into the middle. Star squares along the track are “safe” squares where your token cannot be captured.

How a turn works

• On your turn, tap the dice to roll a number from 1 to 6.
• You need a 6 to move a token out of your home yard onto the board.
• Tap a token to move it forward by the number you rolled.
• Rolling a 6 gives you another turn.
• If your token lands on an opponent's token (not on a safe square), you capture it and send it back to their yard.
