Delete Your Account

You can delete your Lotus Ludo account at any time. You do not need to ask permission and you do not need to give a reason.

Delete It Yourself, In The App

This is the fastest way and takes about a minute.

1. Open Lotus Ludo and sign in. 2. Go to **Profile**. 3. Tap **Security & Account**. 4. Scroll to **Delete account**. 5. Enter your password and type **DELETE** to confirm.

Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out on every device.

If You Cannot Sign In

If you have lost access to your account, write to us from the email address or mobile number on the account, using the Contact page. Tell us:

• your username or User ID, and
• that you want your account deleted.

We will confirm it is really you, delete the account, and reply to confirm. We aim to do this within **7 days** and always within **30 days**.

What Is Deleted

When your account is deleted we remove:

• your profile — name, photo, cover picture, bio and personal details;
• your login details and password;
• your messages and your chat history;
• your rooms, your membership of other rooms, and your friends and followers;
• your photos, videos and reels;
• your game history and statistics;
• any identity documents you uploaded for verification.

What Is Kept, And Why

A small amount of information has to be kept even after deletion, because the law requires it or because it belongs to somebody else:

• **Records of money** — coin purchases, payments and refunds. Tax and accounting law requires these to be kept, normally for up to **7 years**. They are kept as financial records only and are no longer linked to your profile.
• **Safety records** — if your account was reported, suspended or removed for breaking the rules, we keep a minimal record so the same person cannot simply return under a new account. This is kept for up to **2 years**.
• **Other people's content** — messages you sent to another person stay in THEIR copy of the conversation, in the same way an email you sent stays in the recipient's inbox. Your name is removed from them.

Your Coins And Balance

Deleting your account **ends any coin balance, gifts and rewards you are holding**. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, so nothing is paid out. If you have earnings that are eligible to be withdrawn, request that withdrawal **before** you delete your account.

This Cannot Be Undone

Once an account is deleted you cannot sign back in, and your username may become available to somebody else. If you only want a break, consider simply logging out instead.
